  4. Truly priceless. I am ruing the fact that i wasn't in 'A' division since I was desperately wanting to see my picture as a kid. I do not have a similar picture of our division 'B'. BTW who had preserved this snap ?? I can recognise quite a few guys-16 of them by their names and 6 of them i remember the faces but can't recollect their names.

  11. Hello friends. First of all let me say thank you to Nitin Belvi for introducing me to this blog. It was such a pleasure to see the old photos. I tried to find myself in the 4A class photo but I could not figure out. If someone can help me with that it would be great. I can then show my two girls how I looked back then. One thing for sure I did recognize me as a policeman in the skit. Nice to see pictures of Guruprasad, paramjit singh, Richard Romani, Rohit, Deepak deshpande, Mahadesh, Jagadish, Ramesh Odugoudar, Sanjay Hinduja. I could recognize a few others by name but I could not tell who they are in the picture. All in all a great job guys for putting this together. Next time I am in Belgaum let us plan for a mini get together. I will try to let you know in advance so hopefully we can make something happen. Take Care. Best regards, Ramesh

  12. All,

Do you remember who used to sing this song each time he was asked to sing? At least I remember this upto 4th or 5th std. His name is Charu. I thought for those of us who were in his class may enjoy this song.

    1. Hi! All of you, my old chums, friends. Great to come across this blog. Its a horripilating and and an "Out of the World" experience for me to see something as this that to at the beck and call of our finger moments over a computer keyboard. Hat's off to the one or the many of the "79 batch chums of mine from the St.Paul's , who did come out of this idea and worked on it so patiently and exhaustively.

Its a long way ahead in time we have come and so many of our pre-occupations, mental, physical, worldly etc., yet some of us has come out with this, trying to keep-up and maintain the VALUES OF HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS AND THE GOLDEN PERIOD FOR TIME FOR ANY ONE IN HIS OR HER LIFE.

Wonderful & Great. Congratulations to one and all of the '79 batch out across the globe.

THANKS A LOT!! I do remember all of the guys who were with me. It was really a wonderful experience of my life that I spent at St.Paul's, the chums, the faculty, the games, the prayers, the modest Belgaum city. No wonder, I had strong thoughts of settling down there and often, myself, my siblings & parents go nostalgic reminiscencing the wonderful days.

Ramesh Kamath, Ravi, Guruprasad Fazal the commentators of the post in here. I remember them very well and of course the others too. Great to hear from you all.

Request all do let me know of all your whereabouts and well being, family etc.

From Vedam Chandrasekhar, was nicknamed CR Vedam at St'Pauls. I originally hail from Nellore, in Andhra Pradesh and travelled across India including, "a turning point", stint at Belgaum. I am presently based at Chennai and welcome all Chums/friends of '79 to pay a visit and meet. I would also be planning to make a visit Belgaum. If interested and time permits may go through my blog / facebook profile.

Look forward to some contact information of my old chums. We could all exchange more exhaustively in person.
