Wow! It was lovely to get in touch with school batchmates whom you could not recognise if you met them at any street corner. Well Raman was a famous guy being the best boy and all. Of course we could not forget our house commanders : Raman, Rohit, Jagadish, Unfortunately I do not remember the Red House guy. I hope he does not punch me in the face for forgetting his name. In any case I am sure that Raman will save me in that eventuality.
Guys it has been great to do my bit to help make the reunion on 3rd of Dec a great event. Thanks to the other members of the team mainly Ramangouda Timmanaikar, Ravi Kakati, Anthony Vaz ( even though he is incapicitated, he put me in touch with Raman & others), Fazal Mujawar, Rohit Deshapande, Ajay Patil, Nitin Belvi, Sunil Korde, Harish Gulbani, Lt. Col. Maxual Roberts,Oliver D'souza (Who has created this blog), Shashi Chiniwar and a host of others. This friends is only for for the 3rd of Dec. There are a host of other pals like Ramesh Odugoudar, Subhash Nadgouda, who do not come to my mind now but have contributed in no small measure.
Well Guys keep the spirit. Our batch of 79 is unique! Let us keep it that way!
This is a blog of the Batch of 1979, St Pauls' High School, Belgaum. It took 31 long year's for this to happen, but it did and here we are... we've come from far and wide, looking good, standing tall through labor and toil, failure and success, pain and joy, agony and ecstasy... yeah and all of us have let the light shine one way or the other.....

ReplyDeleteFirst of all a big thank you to Maxie for leading me get onto this site just a couple of hours back.I was transported back 1969 to 1977 (the happy years at St. Pauls') I am absolutely thrilled and excited as I am write..... Warm fond and fantastic memories are flowing back.....( More of that later)
